This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through axiomhealthspan.com and associated Axiom Healthspan ordering systems.

1. Shipping Locations

All orders are fulfilled and dispatched from authorized fulfillment facilities associated with our licensed pharmacy and logistics partners. Fulfillment operations may occur from locations outside of our corporate office address, depending on the product and provider involved.

Standard Ground Shipping

Estimated delivery: 3 to 5 business days

Cost: Included with applicable programs and products

Expedited Two Day Shipping

Estimated delivery: 2 business days

Cost: $80.00

Additional Shipping Details

Standard ground shipping is included at no additional cost for eligible medical programs and products.

Expedited shipping is optional and may be selected at checkout for an additional flat fee.

Certain temperature sensitive or specialty products may be shipped using insulated or controlled packaging to preserve product integrity during transit.

3. Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within one to two business days following approval of your medical consultation and health intake.

Axiom Healthspan provides prescription grade products, so shipment may be delayed pending provider review, authorization, or completion of required medical documentation. Orders will not ship until all medical requirements are satisfied.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been prepared for shipment and released to the carrier, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing tracking information.

If you do not receive tracking information within three business days after consultation approval, please contact our support team for assistance.

5. Delivery Terms and Limitations

Shipping Fees:

Shipping and expedited shipping fees are non refundable once an order has been processed or shipped.

Carrier Delays:

Axiom Healthspan is not responsible for delays caused by weather conditions, carrier volume, service disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control after the shipment has been transferred to the carrier.

Address Accuracy:

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are unable to modify, reroute, or cancel shipments once they are in transit. If a shipment is returned or delayed due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be responsible for reshipment costs.

Risk of Loss:

Risk of loss and title for shipped items pass to you upon delivery of the package to the carrier.
