  • Aesthetics - select in-clinic services at our Pennsylvania locations
  • IV Hydration Therapy - in-clinic and mobile options where available
  • Shipped To You programs - peptides, longevity essentials, and provider-guided wellness offerings

If you want a program delivered to your home, browse the Shipped To You categories. If you prefer hands-on care, select IV Hydration or Aesthetics for in-clinic and mobile options at our Pennsylvania clinic locations.

Some shipped programs require a brief intake and provider review before fulfillment to confirm eligibility and ensure the correct protocol is selected for you. If an intake is required, you will be prompted automatically during the order process.

Getting Started

Axiom Healthspan is a comprehensive clinician-guided health and wellness platform offering personalized healthcare services, including weight loss programs, peptide protocols, IV hydration therapy, and aesthetic services. Our mission is to support optimal health and longevity through accessible, evidence-based care led by licensed medical professionals.

  • Browse products or services and choose a category that matches your goal
  • Complete a brief health history and intake questionnaire online
  • A licensed provider reviews your intake and approves your protocol
  • Your order ships with everything included - or your appointment is confirmed
  • Ongoing support is available throughout your program

Many services can be initiated remotely through our online intake process. In-clinic and mobile services are available at our Pennsylvania locations for IV Hydration Therapy and Aesthetic Services. Your provider will advise if an in-person visit is recommended for your specific situation.

Shipped programs are available in many locations across the United States, subject to provider licensure and applicable state regulations. In-clinic and mobile services are available at our Pennsylvania clinic locations. If you are unsure whether services are available in your area, please contact our team.

Peptides (Shipped Programs)

Peptides are short chains of amino acids that may support normal biological signaling pathways in the body. In wellness and longevity settings, they are discussed for their potential to support recovery, metabolic health, cognitive function, and overall performance based on emerging research and clinical use.

Individual results vary. Suitability depends on your medical history and requires provider review prior to dispensing.

Products are supported by quality documentation including Certificates of Analysis (COAs) from our licensed compounding pharmacy partners. COAs confirm the identity, purity, and potency of each compound through independent third-party lab testing. COAs are available on request. If you have questions about a specific product, please contact our team.

Storage requirements vary by product. General guidance:

  • Store lyophilized (powder) peptides in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight - a refrigerator at 36-46 degrees F (2-8 degrees C) is ideal for long-term storage
  • Once reconstituted with bacteriostatic water, keep refrigerated and use within the timeframe specified in your protocol
  • Oral capsule products should be stored at room temperature away from heat and humidity
  • Always follow any label instructions included with your order

Injectable peptides undergo a process called lyophilization - a freeze-drying technique that removes moisture while preserving the compound structure and potency. The result is a stable white or off-white powder with a significantly longer shelf life than liquid forms. Before use, the powder is reconstituted by mixing with the bacteriostatic water included in your kit. This is normal and does not indicate a product issue.

Due to the clinical and perishable nature of our products, all sales are final once an order has been processed or shipped. If you have a concern - including a damaged shipment, incorrect product, or a question about your protocol - please contact our team as soon as possible and we will work to resolve it. Please review our Refund and Returns Policy before placing your order.

GLP-1 & Compounded Medications

During your consultation or intake review, a licensed provider evaluates your health history and determines whether a prescription is appropriate. If approved, medications are dispensed through our licensed pharmacy partners and shipped directly to your home.

Compounded medications are custom-prepared by licensed pharmacists to meet the specific needs of an individual patient. They are not mass-produced and may be prescribed when an FDA-approved medication is unavailable, in shortage, or unsuitable for a particular patient based on provider judgment.

No. Compounded semaglutide is not FDA-approved. While semaglutide is the active ingredient in FDA-approved medications such as Ozempic, Wegovy, and Rybelsus, compounded versions have not been evaluated or approved by the FDA for safety, effectiveness, or quality. Compounded semaglutide is prepared by licensed compounding pharmacies and prescribed at the discretion of a licensed provider.

Compounded medications may be prepared in licensed pharmacies following state and federal guidelines, but they are not verified by the FDA for safety, effectiveness, or quality. Consult your provider to understand potential benefits and risks.

Compounded medications may be an option in the following situations:

  • An FDA-approved medication is not available due to a shortage
  • A specific dose, formulation, or combination of ingredients is required that is not available commercially
  • Your healthcare provider determines a compounded medication is appropriate for your individual needs

Always discuss the potential risks and benefits with your provider before starting any compounded medication.

FDA-approved medications have been thoroughly reviewed for safety, effectiveness, and quality through the FDA approval process. Compounded semaglutide is prepared by specialized pharmacies and does not go through this process. Effectiveness and safety may vary based on formulation and pharmacy practices. Your provider will discuss which option is appropriate for you.
