Blood sugar. MOTS-c may affect how the body uses glucose. If you take medication for blood sugar, your Axiom Medical Professional reviews your plan before you start.

Serious allergic reactions. Get emergency help for swelling of the face, lips, tongue or throat, trouble breathing, or a severe rash.

Other medications. Share a full list of your medications and supplements in your health history so your Axiom Medical Professional can check for interactions.

Sterile use. Use a new syringe for every injection and never share needles. Stop and contact your Axiom Medical Professional if an injection site becomes hot, painful or swollen.

Competitive athletes. These peptides are on the World Anti-Doping Agency prohibited list. If you compete in a tested sport, talk with your Axiom Medical Professional before starting.

Call 911 for a medical emergency. To report side effects, contact your Axiom Medical Professional or the FDA at 1-800-FDA-1088 or fda.gov/medwatch.

Is there a membership fee?

No. Your medical review and check-ins are included with every Axiom purchase. You only pay for your treatment.

Do I need a video visit?

No. Your Axiom Medical Professional reviews your health history online before your order ships. If they need to speak with you, they will reach out. A visit is always available at no cost if you want one.

Which strength should I choose?

The 40mg vial lasts about four times as long as the 10mg vial and costs less per mg. Your Axiom Medical Professional confirms your dose either way.

Do I need to exercise for MOTS-c to help?

MOTS-c is designed to work alongside regular movement. Most people pair it with a training plan.

Can I use this if I compete in a tested sport?

MOTS-c is on the World Anti-Doping Agency prohibited list. If you are tested, talk with your Axiom Medical Professional before starting.

Can my dose change?

Yes. Your dose is reviewed at each check-in. Your subscription updates to the new dose, and you are notified of any price change before your next order.

How long do I stay on it?

Can I cancel?

Monthly subscriptions can be canceled anytime before your next billing date. The 3 month prepaid plan renews every 3 months and can be canceled before renewal.
